Our products are despatched from our central UK warehouse. We use specialised transport companies to handle all of our orders. Collecting from our warehouse is not something we’re currently able to offer.
You can currently only order online for delivery to the mainland UK, and if you have a valid UK postcode.
All prices included on this site are exclusive of VAT and, unless expressly stated otherwise on the product page, basket or checkout area, are exclusive of delivery charges. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be added in the checkout area. Our current delivery charges are as follows:

Signature for Delivery
All deliveries require a signature. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery.
Contact Telephone Number
All deliveries require a contact phone number. Please ensure that one is entered on the checkout page. If no contact phone number is entered, your order may be subject to delays in despatch and transit.
Delivery Lead Time
Standard delivery time for most products is usually three to five working days following the day of order. Saturdays and Sundays and official UK Bank Holidays are not defined as working days. Further information regarding delivery date will be provided with the confirmation of despatch. You will be informed if there is any reason which may delay the arrival of your order.
We will collect your purchase and arrange a full refund for you if, by some chance, your product arrives faulty or damaged.
If you no longer want your product, you can return your purchase to us at your own expense, but you must contact us first and inform us of your desire to return your item(s). All items must be in their original condition with any seals intact and reach us within 28 days of the date you received the item. Once we have received the goods, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
